PT Usaha Sejahtera Semua is currently seeking a skilled and proactive Building Technician to join our facilities team in Pal Merah, Jakarta. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the operational efficiency, safety, and comfort of our building infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of maintenance tasks, from electrical troubleshooting to plumbing and general facility repairs. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on building systems including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot facility issues as they arise.
- Conduct regular inspections of building facilities to identify areas requiring repair or improvement.
- Repair and maintain light fixtures, power outlets, switches, and other electrical components.
- Manage basic plumbing tasks such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and maintaining sanitary facilities.
- Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities and inventory of spare parts.
- Coordinate with vendors or external contractors for specialized repair tasks when necessary.
- Ensure all work complies with building safety regulations and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Vocational High School (SMK) degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a Building Technician, Facility Maintenance, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, plumbing, and general building repair techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and building schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor and working at heights when required.
- Responsible, disciplined, and possess a high level of integrity.
- Willingness to work on a contract basis and follow a flexible schedule if needed.
