Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
- Conduct preventive maintenance schedules to ensure equipment longevity and minimize downtime.
- Inspect facilities regularly to identify potential hazards, safety risks, and areas requiring improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently to maintain optimal building functionality.
- Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and major maintenance tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory logs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in building maintenance or a related technical field.
- Relevant technical certification or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of industrial building systems, safety protocols, and facility management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail in diagnosing technical faults.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks and working in various building areas.
- Valid Driver’s License is an added advantage for this role.
