As a Building Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the operational integrity of industrial facilities. You will be responsible for diagnosing and rectifying mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues while adhering to strict safety standards. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and structural faults to ensure optimal facility operations and safety.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with local safety regulations and company health and safety policies.
- Respond promptly to emergency repair requests and breakdowns during scheduled and unscheduled hours.
- Monitor energy consumption and recommend efficiency improvements to reduce operational costs.
- Manage inventory for spare parts and perform regular stock checks to ensure availability.
- Document all maintenance records, work orders, and inspections accurately in the management system.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Building Maintenance, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an industrial or commercial building maintenance environment.
- Familiarity with building management systems (BMS) and general facility management software.
- Valid Singaporean Work Pass (S Pass/EP) is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.
- Willingness to work on an alternate 5.5-day work schedule.
- Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety protocols and procedures.
