You'll be responsible for conducting comprehensive routine inspections, implementing proactive monitoring systems, and executing preventive maintenance across critical building services including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and fire safety equipment. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues to ensure all systems operate at peak efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily/weekly inspections of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety equipment
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules for mall facilities to minimize downtime
- Monitor building performance metrics and document maintenance activities
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and technical failures
- Collaborate with contractors for specialized repairs and equipment replacements
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and system documentation
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Certificate in Building Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in commercial building maintenance
- Technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Certification in building safety protocols preferred
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Basic computer literacy for maintenance software
