As a Building Technician, you will be responsible for the comprehensive maintenance, repair, and upkeep of our building infrastructure. You will work closely with the facilities management team to ensure all systems are running efficiently, safely, and in accordance with company standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on building infrastructure and utility systems.
- Conduct prompt repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil works within the facility.
- Monitor and document building equipment performance to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with vendors or external contractors for specialized facility upgrades or heavy repairs.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health, safety, and environment (HSE) regulations.
- Respond quickly to emergency maintenance requests to minimize operational downtime.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance tools required for daily operations.
- Maintain clear and accurate records of maintenance schedules and completed repair logs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum vocational high school diploma (SMK) in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience as a Building Technician or in a similar maintenance role (minimum 1-2 years).
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems, including electrical troubleshooting, plumbing, and basic HVAC maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to facility management.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks including working at heights or in confined spaces.
- Willing to work in shift patterns or be on-call as required by business operations.
- Proficient in using power tools and standard maintenance equipment.
