As the Bulk Supply Chain Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end supply chain process for our bulk products. You will be responsible for optimizing delivery routes, managing fleet logistics, and ensuring that all operations comply with our stringent Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards. Your strategic vision will help streamline our supply chain, reduce operational costs, and enhance service reliability for our diverse client base across Indonesia.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and manage the bulk distribution team to ensure seamless and timely delivery of products.
- Plan and optimize bulk delivery schedules and routing to maximize fleet efficiency and minimize operational costs.
- Ensure strict compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with production, sales, and customer service teams to align supply chain activities with customer demand.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate supply while minimizing holding costs.
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and transport vendors.
- Oversee the maintenance scheduling and regulatory compliance of the transport fleet.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or bulk transport management.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse operational team.
- In-depth knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards in industrial transport.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in supply chain software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across departments.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
