Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the overall business administration function, ensuring seamless daily operations.
- Oversee facilities management and building maintenance to ensure a safe, efficient, and professional work environment.
- Implement and monitor asset management systems to track inventory and equipment lifecycle.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for services such as cleaning, security, and repairs.
- Develop and control the departmental budget, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-efficiency.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and corporate activities.
- Mentor and supervise the administrative support team to ensure high performance standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business administration, facilities management, or office management.
- Proven experience in managing budgets and overseeing asset inventories.
- Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance procedures and health and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business management software (e.g., SAP, ERP systems).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
