Your strong IT and system capability will be your greatest asset as you transform raw data into actionable insights and streamline reporting workflows. You will identify opportunities for automation using tools like Power BI, VBA, or Python, significantly reducing manual effort and increasing team productivity. Your work will directly impact the strategic decision-making of the Southeast Asia operations team.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Project Operations team, including scheduling, reporting, and documentation management.
- Develop, implement, and maintain digital dashboards and tracking tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to monitor project progress and operational KPIs.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and create digital solutions (e.g., VBA, Python, or no-code platforms) to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate operational needs into technical specifications.
- Manage data integrity across operational systems and generate insightful reports for management review.
- Support the rollout, training, and adoption of new technologies and tools within the operations department.
- Maintain project documentation, calendars, and communication channels to ensure seamless project execution.
- Assist in budget tracking, vendor coordination, and financial reporting for project operations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a business administrative or project coordination role, with a strong focus on IT and systems.
- Proven experience in developing dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization platforms.
- Strong digital literacy with experience in creating tools and solutions to support business operations (VBA, Python, SQL, or low-code platforms).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse stakeholders across different cultures.
- Experience working in or supporting Southeast Asia markets is a plus.
