Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of accountants to deliver high-quality BAS and advisory services to Australian clients.
- Manage end-to-end client engagement, ensuring compliance with Australian Tax Office (ATO) regulations and internal standards.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and BAS filings with high attention to detail.
- Provide proactive business advice and strategic insights to help clients optimize their financial operations.
- Review complex tax returns and financial records, identifying potential issues and proposing effective solutions.
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and client management teams.
- Stay current with changes in Australian taxation laws and accounting standards to ensure continuous compliance.
- Streamline internal processes to enhance efficiency and service delivery standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance; CPA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in an Australian accounting firm, specifically in a BAS or Business Services role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Australian Taxation Law, GST, PAYG, and superannuation requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks Online.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and training remote or office-based teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality client service and meeting strict deadlines.
