As a Business Analyst, you will be the link between our clients or internal stakeholders and the technical development teams. You will document detailed specifications, create process maps, and help design solutions that streamline workflows and improve efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and operational efficiency.
- Gather, document, and validate detailed requirements from business stakeholders and end-users.
- Collaborate with IT development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Design and maintain process maps, user stories, and system documentation.
- Conduct research and data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Present findings and recommendations to management and technical teams in a clear, professional manner.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Kualifikasi
- Strong interest and passion for Information Technology and data analysis.
- Must possess a personal laptop for work tasks and analysis.
- Willingness to travel to client sites or company branches as required by the project.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.
- Basic understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) is a plus.
