Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement to drive operational efficiency.
- Conduct thorough research and gather detailed business requirements from stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers.
- Translate business needs into clear, concise functional and non-functional requirements.
- Create wireframes, user stories, and use cases to facilitate software development.
- Perform gap analysis to determine the difference between current systems and desired future states.
- Conduct requirements validation and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) phases.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-4 years) as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
- Experience with requirements management tools like JIRA, Confluence, or MS Visio.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
