Tanggung Jawab
- Gather and document comprehensive business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven mindset
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Proficiency in business modeling tools (BPMN, UML, Visio)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC
- Experience with database systems and business intelligence tools
