You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements, while utilizing your expertise in Power BI and Jira to drive project success. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and QA, to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Create insightful reports and dashboards using Power BI to support data-driven decision-making.
- Manage project documentation and maintain the Jira backlog effectively.
- Participate in the testing lifecycle as a Test Analyst to ensure software quality and regulatory compliance.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
- Identify process improvements and suggest solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Test Analyst in the IT software sector.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and Jira for project management.
- Experience working with compliance systems and understanding regulatory frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
