As a Business Analyst at Transnovasi, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business stakeholders. You will be responsible for defining project scope, gathering requirements, and ensuring that the solutions delivered align perfectly with our strategic business objectives. Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, document, and analyze business requirements and processes.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, concise functional and technical specifications for development teams.
- Conduct thorough gap analysis and feasibility studies to optimize business operations.
- Facilitate effective communication between business users and the IT development team throughout the project lifecycle.
- Create comprehensive project documentation, including user stories, process maps, and requirement traceability matrices.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet the defined criteria and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers and key stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business analysis or a similar technical role.
- Proven ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions.
- Proficiency in modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, UML) and requirements management software (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings and workshops.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English is highly preferred.
