In this pivotal role, you will act as the key liaison between our finance and accounting departments and our technical stakeholders, ensuring our data systems effectively support our operational goals.

Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary bridge between finance teams and IT stakeholders to define system requirements.
- Analyze existing accounting processes to identify bottlenecks and implement automation solutions.
- Prepare detailed functional requirement documents (FRD) and business process maps.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure system features align with financial reporting standards and compliance.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for accounting software updates and new implementations.
- Monitor data integrity within financial systems and troubleshoot discrepancies.
- Provide regular reporting and dashboards to management regarding financial system performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Business Analyst or financial systems support role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Proven track record in managing system implementation projects or process improvement initiatives.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performance cross-functional team.
