- Analyze business processes and identify optimization opportunities through data-driven insights
- Document requirements and specifications using industry-standard methodologies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
- Develop and maintain process documentation, flowcharts, and business models
- Support implementation of new systems or process improvements
- Generate performance reports and KPI dashboards for leadership
- Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements and validate solutions
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis for proposed initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or similar role
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of business process modeling techniques
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with agile/scrum methodologies
- Certification in business analysis (CBAP, CCBA) preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
