- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into detailed Salesforce configurations and system designs.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify pain points, optimize workflows, and define functional specifications.
- Design, implement, and deploy CRM functional solutions that align with company goals and industry best practices.
- Conduct user training sessions and provide comprehensive support to ensure successful adoption of the Salesforce system.
- Perform system testing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting to resolve functional issues before deployment.
- Work with IT teams to integrate Salesforce with other core business applications and data sources.
- Monitor system performance metrics and recommend continuous improvement strategies to enhance user experience.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant specializing in Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce functional areas, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CRM best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in gathering requirements, creating wireframes, and writing detailed functional specifications.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
