As a self-starter, you will take ownership of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting processes. You will interface regularly with internal stakeholders to identify operational inefficiencies and implement data-driven solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and prepare accurate monthly/quarterly management reports.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand business requirements and translate them into financial metrics.
- Assist in the annual budgeting and long-term planning processes.
- Identify process improvements and recommend solutions to optimize operational efficiency.
- Monitor variances between actual results and budgets, providing insights and recommendations to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in FP&A, Business Analysis, or a similar finance role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data to non-financial audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
