You'll be the critical bridge between business requirements and technical solutions, designing and deploying cutting-edge HR technology platforms that transform organizational efficiency. Collaborate directly with sales teams to understand client needs, translate them into actionable specifications, and oversee end-to-end system deployment. - Analyze business processes and requirements to design tailored HRIS solutions
- Collaborate with sales teams to translate client needs into technical specifications
- Design, implement, and deploy Darwinbox HR functional solutions
- Provide user training and ongoing support during implementation phases
- Document system configurations, processes, and user guides
- Monitor system performance and identify optimization opportunities
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years as Business Analyst or HRIS Functional Consultant
- Proven experience with Darwinbox or similar HRIS platforms
- Expertise in HR processes: payroll, performance management, recruitment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP) or HRIS preferred
