Tanggung Jawab
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications for industrial software development teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating communication in both English and Mandarin to ensure project alignment.
- Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify inefficiencies and propose scalable software-based solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented software systems, ensuring they meet industrial quality standards and KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project lifecycles, from initial concept through to deployment and user training.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system architectures, business logic, and user requirements.
- Support change management processes to ensure smooth adoption of new software tools across operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant within the industrial software or manufacturing sector.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory for cross-regional collaboration.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into business insights.
- Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, process mapping, and documentation tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple project priorities effectively.
