Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and strategic opportunities.
- Assist in the preparation of high-level presentations and reports for the Chief Strategy Officer and executive board.
- Support the financial modeling and data synthesis required for major strategic projects.
- Coordinate cross-departmental communications to ensure alignment with corporate strategic goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of ongoing initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Organize and facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and strategic brainstorming sessions.
- Synthesize complex information into actionable insights and executive summaries.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related analytical field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (financial modeling) and PowerPoint (storytelling).
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve complex business problems.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical data clearly.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Previous internship experience or project involvement in strategy, consulting, or research is a plus.
