Kanmo Group is looking for a proactive Business Analyst Manager to lead performance insights and growth strategies for our brand operations on TikTok Shop. In this pivotal role, you will translate complex data into actionable business recommendations, supporting crossâfunctional teams to optimize marketing spend, improve conversion rates, and drive revenue growth.
You will collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and finance teams to design and maintain dashboards, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and deliver regular reports that highlight trends, opportunities, and challenges. By leveraging your analytical expertise, you will help shape the strategic direction of our TikTok Shop initiatives and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

- Develop and maintain advanced analytics dashboards to monitor TikTok Shop performance metrics.
- Conduct deepâdive analyses on sales, traffic, and user behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Partner with marketing and product teams to design A/B tests and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic planning.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across multiple data sources and reporting tools.
- Lead the creation of automated reporting pipelines to streamline recurring deliverables.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or performance marketing.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience with TikTok Shop or similar social commerce platforms is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear business insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
