We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Payroll and Time & Attendance (T&A) Transformation Business Analyst to join our dynamic project team. Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to coordinate project activities, milestones, and deliverables effectively.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing Payroll and Time & Attendance processes to identify areas for improvement and digital transformation.
- Elicit and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders, translating them into clear functional specifications.
- Partner with technical teams to ensure the successful design, testing, and implementation of new T&A systems and payroll modules.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure end-users are comfortable with new processes and system changes.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular reporting to stakeholders regarding key performance indicators and risks.
- Ensure all payroll and T&A operations remain compliant with local labor laws and organizational policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Business Analyst specifically within the Payroll, HR, or Time & Attendance sector.
- Strong understanding of payroll cycles, statutory compliance, and Time & Attendance system logic.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering tools and techniques, including UML, BPMN, or similar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience working in an Agile or Waterfall project environment is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
