Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze complex financial and tax datasets to identify trends, variances, and performance gaps.
- Design and maintain automated performance reporting dashboards for executive review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial metrics with business objectives.
- Conduct deep-dive variance analyses and provide insights to improve operational performance.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all financial reports and internal audit trails.
- Prepare ad-hoc business analysis reports to support management decision-making processes.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance data collection and reporting efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, financial reporting, or performance management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA/Macros preferred) and data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial accounting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively in a part-time capacity while meeting strict deadlines.
- Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in numerical data management.
