We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our growing team in Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will play a critical part in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business growth. You will be responsible for processing complex data sets and presenting clear, professional reports to both management and end-users. Your ability to analyze and interpret business-related data will directly support our strategic decision-making processes within the competitive FMCG industry.

Tanggung Jawab
- Process and present comprehensive data reports to management and internal stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Analyze large sets of business data to interpret trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualization tools for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Support strategic planning initiatives with quantitative analysis and forecasting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst within the FMCG industry.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel (Advanced), SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to solve complex business problems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present findings to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly preferred.
- Detail-oriented approach with a strong focus on accuracy and data quality.
