Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage front-desk operations including patient reception, appointment scheduling, and registration.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and timely consultation processes.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and databases, ensuring full compliance with data privacy and healthcare regulations.
  • Assist in daily business operations, including billing, basic accounting entries, and inventory management.
  • Handle patient feedback and implement service improvements to enhance the overall patient experience.
  • Prepare periodic operational reports to assist management in tracking performance metrics.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Nursing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, clinic administration, or healthcare support roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and basic hospital/clinic management software.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin proficiency is a plus).
