Tanggung Jawab

  • Drive territory volume and market share targets by flawlessly executing commercial programs and brand initiatives.
  • Build and nurture strong business relationships with key retail partners to maximize product distribution, visibility, and share of shelf.
  • Analyze territory performance data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify actionable opportunities for growth.
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise in-store activations, merchandising, and promotional activities aligned with national marketing strategies.
  • Manage trade investment budgets and point-of-sale materials to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Finance teams to implement strategies and resolve market issues.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with channel partners to track KPIs, provide feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure strict compliance with company policies, regulations, and commercial standards in all trade activities.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in Field Sales, Key Account Management, or Trade Marketing, ideally within FMCG, Retail, or Consumer Products.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving commercial growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high commercial acumen.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with high cultural sensitivity.
  • Highly self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is required.
  • Must be willing to conduct extensive fieldwork and travel within the Marikina and surrounding areas.
