Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily operations of the Business Center, including sales and service delivery to customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers, answering inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
- Process transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems and handle cash or digital payments.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in the organization of merchandise displays to ensure a neat and appealing store layout.
- Collaborate with the operations team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, adhering to company safety and hygiene standards.
- Upsell products and services to enhance the customer shopping experience and increase revenue.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Vocational Certificate; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or operations is preferred but not required.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with POS systems or retail software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
