Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance frameworks to ensure operational compliance and performance consistency.
- Conduct regular audits of business processes, documentation, and staff performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze operational data and prepare comprehensive reports for management to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with department heads to resolve process bottlenecks and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance specialists, fostering a high-performance work environment.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and ensure company-wide adherence to internal policies and external standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline business controls and enhance overall productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or any related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Business Control, or Internal Audit, preferably within the consumer finance or banking sector.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to manage teams and handle multi-stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at various levels.
- Knowledge of ISO standards or continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a significant advantage.
