Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial reports including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Conduct variance analysis between actual performance and budgets/forecasts
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning initiatives
- Collaborate with department heads to create annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
- Monitor KPIs and financial metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Present financial insights to non-financial stakeholders in clear, actionable formats
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA certification preferred)
- Minimum 5 years experience in financial control or business partnering role
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP experience highly valued)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into business insights
- Knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations
- Excellent communication skills for presenting to executive leadership
- Proven track record of implementing financial process improvements
- Experience in manufacturing or logistics industry advantageous
