Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze financial performance metrics and prepare comprehensive business reports for the Container Logistic Center
- Develop, monitor, and refine departmental budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation
- Lead month-end closing processes and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations to improve profitability
- Collaborate with operations teams to optimize cost structures and enhance efficiency
- Support strategic planning initiatives through financial modeling and scenario analysis
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial controls
- Present financial insights to stakeholders to support informed decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial control or accounting roles
- Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present financial insights clearly
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent qualification
