You will be responsible for the end-to-end financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and forecasting cycles in close collaboration with business units.
- Prepare and analyze complex management reports, including Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Conduct variance analysis to explain differences between actual results and budget/forecasts, providing actionable insights.
- Support strategic initiatives by performing scenario planning and profitability analysis.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance and identify areas for cost optimization.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data by reviewing processes and supporting system implementations (e.g., SAP).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and streamline financial reporting workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in financial controlling, FP&A, or accounting within a multinational corporation.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Macros) and ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus).
- Deep understanding of GAAP/IFRS and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
