In this pivotal role, you will define and champion the outbound marketing strategy for ZALORA's 1SS (One Stop Shop) platform, directly impacting B2B merchant acquisition and overall marketplace expansion.

You will be the architect of our go-to-market strategy, responsible for identifying target segments, crafting compelling positioning and messaging, and orchestrating high-impact campaigns across diverse marketing channels. This unique role sits at the critical intersection of business development and digital marketing, requiring a strategic thinker who can seamlessly blend creative execution with data-driven optimization to generate high-quality leads and drive merchant enrollment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Regional Marketing to ensure alignment and maximize ROI.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Define and execute the comprehensive outbound marketing strategy for the 1SS platform, aligning with overall business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Identify, segment, and prioritize target merchant verticals to maximize acquisition efficiency and ROI.
  • Develop and refine core positioning, messaging, and value propositions for different merchant personas.
  • Manage and optimize the marketing channel mix, including email marketing, paid digital ads, events, and content partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales and Account Management teams to align marketing initiatives with pipeline goals and convert leads.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement and budget optimization.
  • Oversee the outbound marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across channels to achieve maximum ROI.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. MBA is a strong plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a B2B marketing, business development, or growth marketing role, preferably within the e-commerce or technology sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful multi-channel outbound marketing campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and revenue.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Email, Social, Paid Media) and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, with experience crafting compelling copy for diverse B2B audiences.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance high-level planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of the Southeast Asian e-commerce landscape, market dynamics, and merchant needs.
