Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the industrial, manufacturing, and energy sectors.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct detailed technical feasibility studies and design customized gas supply solutions for diverse client applications.
  • Lead the end-to-end commercial process, from initial inquiry and technical proposal to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate closely with the engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless project implementation.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform regional sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, project updates, and strategic growth reports to senior management.
  • Represent Air Liquide at industry events and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering; an MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or engineering within the industrial gas or related energy sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and business growth KPIs.
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience in managing high-value commercial contracts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
