Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with developers, contractors, and corporate clients in the region.
- Deliver engaging technical presentations and product demonstrations showcasing Midea's electronics and HVAC product suites.
- Prepare precise project quotations, commercial proposals, and technical tender documents.
- Provide pre-sales engineering advice and after-sales support to ensure absolute client satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize sales strategies.
- Negotiate terms of agreements and close deals to achieve monthly and annual sales KPIs.
- Collaborate closely with internal project and product teams to design custom solutions for client specifications.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or a business-related discipline with technical aptitude.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in engineering, B2B sales, or the HVAC/appliances sector.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently under minimal supervision.
- Possess a valid driving license and own transport, with a willingness to travel for client meetings.
