Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and penetrate new market segments within the casting and manufacturing industries.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Deliver professional technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Prepare and manage sales quotations, contracts, and commercial negotiations.
- Collaborate with the production and quality control teams to ensure client requirements are fulfilled.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in the Banten region.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs established by the management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial), Metallurgy, or a related Business field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of sales experience specifically within the manufacturing or casting sector.
- Strong understanding of casting processes, materials, and industrial applications.
- Proven track record in B2B sales with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and sales metrics.
- Willingness to be based in Serang, Banten and travel to client sites as required.
