Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the technical sales development strategy for the Commercial Building Services (CBS) sector in Singapore.
- Identify and establish strong relationships with key decision-makers, including developers, MEP consultants, and contractors.
- Conduct high-impact technical presentations and product training to showcase Grundfos’s energy-efficient solutions.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify strategic growth areas and white-space opportunities.
- Collaborate with the technical and engineering teams to provide customized pump solutions for complex building projects.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation and specification to closing and after-sales support.
- Provide regular reporting on market insights, pipeline health, and sales forecasts via CRM tools.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in technical sales or business development within the HVAC or building services industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of pump systems, water technology, or fluid dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in CRM software and a digital-first approach to sales management.
