Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) services across the Klang Valley.
- Conduct site visits and technical assessments to understand client requirements and project scope.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with M&E consultants, main contractors, and developers.
- Prepare and present detailed technical proposals and commercial quotations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the technical execution team to ensure smooth project handover and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in the M&E sector.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of leads and provide regular sales activity reports to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development or technical sales within the M&E or HVAC industry.
- Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems and the importance of TAB processes.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and own transport is essential for frequent field visits.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and possesses a strong 'hunter' mindset.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications effectively.
