Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.
- Build and maintain long-term, profitable relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Execute strategic marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Deliver professional sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (fresh graduates with strong drive are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of resilience, self-motivation, and a result-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
