Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years in B2B sales or business development
- Experience in staffing or recruitment industry preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Strong proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
