We are looking for a motivated individual who is eager to learn and contribute to our growth and business development process. In this role, you will work closely with experienced professionals to identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and assist in executing strategic sales campaigns. You will gain valuable hands-on experience in client relations, networking, and analytical skills. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your professional skillset in a supportive environment with a competitive allowance of Rp1.500.000 – Rp2.000.000 per month.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the end-to-end business development process, including strategy formulation and execution.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential leads and industry trends.
- Support the sales team in lead generation, qualification, and nurturing existing client relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Participate in networking events and client meetings to expand our professional network.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and prospect data.
- Prepare performance reports and presentations to track sales activities and growth metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Proactive attitude with a high level of motivation and a willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with basic sales concepts and market analysis techniques is a plus.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
