Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify and qualify potential publishing partners.
- Assist in managing relationships with existing publishers to ensure retention and growth.
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and outreach materials.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize growth strategies.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative business development tactics.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align publisher growth initiatives with company goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field (recent graduate).
- Strong interest in digital media, advertising, and business development strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn from experienced professionals.
