Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Malaysian construction market
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans for large-scale infrastructure projects
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government bodies, developers, and subcontractors
- Lead the tendering process and prepare compelling project proposals
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive landscape
- Collaborate with engineering teams to align business strategies with technical capabilities
- Monitor project pipelines and ensure achievement of sales targets
- Represent the company at industry events and networking functions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development within the construction industry
- Proven track record of securing contracts worth MYR 10 million+
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, tendering processes, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience in stakeholder management and government relations
- Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
