- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction sector
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for large-scale infrastructure projects
- Build and maintain relationships with government bodies, developers, and contractors
- Prepare compelling proposals and tender documents compliant with industry standards
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive landscapes
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives
- Track performance metrics and report on business development activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction industry business development
- Proven track record in securing large-scale infrastructure or building projects
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with Malaysian construction regulations and tendering processes
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Strategic thinking with market analysis capabilities
