Join China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC), a global leader in the construction industry, as a Business Development Manager in our Sentul, Kuala Lumpur office. We are looking for an ambitious, results-driven professional to spearhead our growth initiatives and drive the acquisition of large-scale infrastructure and development projects.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in identifying new market opportunities, cultivating high-value client relationships, and leading the end-to-end tendering process. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and infrastructure sector.
- Lead the end-to-end tendering and bidding process, ensuring high-quality and competitive submissions.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, developers, consultants, and government agencies.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and estimation teams to develop compelling project proposals.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions to ensure profitability and mitigate project risks.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and professional networking functions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development or sales within the construction/property development industry.
- Deep understanding of the Malaysian construction market, procurement processes, and tendering regulations.
- Proven track record of securing large-scale projects and meeting ambitious sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Malay (Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously.
