Tanggung Jawab
- Work closely with the Founder and CEO to execute business development strategies.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities to drive company revenue.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends and competitor activity.
- Prepare professional presentations, proposals, and business reports for leadership review.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless implementation of new business initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end sales pipelines and client relationship lifecycles.
- Assist in the formulation and monitoring of operational efficiency and growth KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
