Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to acquire new clients within the orthopedic and medical device sectors.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with hospital administrators, procurement officers, and key surgeons.
  • Represent Richgemm Medical at industry trade shows, conferences, and professional networking events.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize revenue growth.

Kualifikasi

  • Graduate of any Business, Marketing, or related course (BS in Nursing or Medical Technology is a plus).
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within the medical device or healthcare industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of orthopedic implants, medical equipment, and healthcare technology is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
