We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development & Operations Manager to spearhead the launch and growth of a new billiard venue in Semarang. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end launch process, including facility setup, vendor coordination, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and implement operational SOPs to ensure seamless day-to-day management of the billiard venue.
- Execute business development strategies to attract new customers and build a loyal membership base.
- Oversee daily P&L, budget management, and cost-control initiatives to ensure financial sustainability.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of floor staff and service personnel.
- Manage marketing efforts, including local promotions and social media engagement to increase brand visibility in Semarang.
- Ensure a top-tier customer experience by maintaining facility quality and resolving operational bottlenecks.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operations, hospitality management, or business development.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to launch a business or department from scratch.
- Excellent analytical skills for financial reporting and operational optimization.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in local market dynamics within the entertainment or F&B sector in Semarang.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as required by the nature of the entertainment industry.
