Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to support company growth objectives.
- Analyze market trends and internal performance data to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT, Engineering, and Marketing to execute projects efficiently.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and partnership prospects.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for management review.
- Participate in client meetings and represent the company with professionalism and expertise.
- Streamline operational processes to ensure maximum productivity and compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mandarin, English, MIPA (Mathematics, Statistics, Chemistry, Physics), IT, or Engineering disciplines.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with 0-2 years of relevant experience are preferred.
- Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English; proficiency in Mandarin is highly advantageous.
- High level of integrity, initiative, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Technologically savvy with a strong aptitude for learning new software and data analysis tools.
- Willingness to be based in Jakarta Raya.
