Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct financial analysis and business performance reviews to support strategic decision-making
- Prepare monthly financial reports, budgets, and variance analyses for departmental heads
- Assist in developing financial models and forecasts for retail operations
- Monitor key financial metrics and identify trends requiring management attention
- Collaborate with purchasing and inventory teams to optimize cost structures
- Support annual audits by gathering documentation and reconciling accounts
- Present financial insights to stakeholders through clear visualizations and summaries
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with advanced formula knowledge
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and accounting software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in team environments
